Dan Phuong District is preparing to auction 26 land lots, starting from 14 million VND/m2

Dan Phuong District ( Hanoi ) has just announced the auction of the right to use 26 plots of land in Dong Say - Tram Sau area (phase 2), Phung town. Specifically, the plots of land have areas ranging from 55m2 to 99m2, starting price from 14 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots of land ranges from 193-278 million VND/plot.

The auction will be conducted by direct voting at the auction, and by ascending bid method. Customers who know the location of the land can directly come to see the site.

The official auction will take place on September 30 at the hall of the People's Committee of Phung town, Dan Phuong district.

Dan Phuong is currently one of five districts of Hanoi that is striving to complete the criteria to become a district by 2025. Therefore, in recent times, many infrastructure development investment projects have been approved by the Central and the city and implemented in the district to promote this transformation process.

Previously, at the end of July, the district organized an auction of 85 land lots including: 2 lots in Dong Say - Tram Sau area (phase 3), starting price 42 million VND/m2; 67 lots in Truc Duong N1 area, Ha Mo commune, starting price from 40 million VND/m2 to 51 million VND/m2; 16 lots in De Nhi area, Phuong Dinh commune (phase 2), starting price from 35 to 41 million VND/m2.

The total number of applications participating in the above auction was up to 1,252 sets. This number is equivalent to each plot of land having 15 interested customers. Notably, at the end of the auction, the highest winning bid was up to 99.2 million VND/m2, double the starting price.
