According to Plan No. 635/KH-UBND dated February 17, 2024 and Notice No. 79/TB-VPUB dated March 26, 2024, the Logistics Team has 18 working groups to serve the conference to announce the provincial planning and some sideline activities such as: Green energy workshop, inauguration of Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway, booth displaying OCOP products. Up to now, the Team has completed the survey of the venue, made a list of delegates attending the conference and is coordinating with the consulting unit to design invitations, backdrops, delegate cards, name tags, check-in points. Other tasks such as: Artistic programs serving the conference, ensuring security, order, health, food safety and hygiene; providing electricity, arranging accommodation for delegates are focused on and implemented by relevant departments, branches and localities to ensure according to plan.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the members of the Logistics Team, based on their assigned tasks, to promptly complete the tasks so that the conference would be successful and leave a good impression on the delegates attending. In particular, focusing on researching and arranging the conference space to ensure solemnity and thoughtfulness; proactively contacting central and provincial delegates and organizing thoughtful transportation. Selecting products to display at OCOP booths that are rated 3 stars or higher; strengthening inspection and control of food safety and environmental sanitation, decorating flags and flowers along the main road and near the venue; arranging forces to ensure security and order throughout the conference.
