Meeting of the Steering Committee of the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Ninh Thuan Province in 2024

According to the report of the Provincial Ethnic Committee (Standing body of the Steering Committee), up to now, the preparation work for the Congress of Ethnic Minorities has been basically implemented according to the schedule and content of the plan. Specifically, the opening and closing speeches of the Provincial Party Committee leaders have been completed; the political report and resolution of the congress, the discussion reports of collectives and individuals; the program of the preparatory and official congress sessions; the content and regulations of the congress; the invitation, congress badge; the commendation work... The congress is expected to be held in 2 days, from November 14-15, 2024, with 336 delegates attending.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the meeting.

In his concluding remarks at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the sense of responsibility and efforts of the members of the Steering Committee in developing the plan to organize the congress; at the same time, he emphasized that the congress is an important political activity to review the outstanding results, recognize and commend the contributions of ethnic minorities in the process of socio -economic development and set out directions and tasks in the coming time. For the congress to be successful, ensuring the set goals, he suggested focusing on doing a good job of propaganda before, during and after the congress, creating a vibrant atmosphere in the ethnic minority areas; unifying the integration of political reports in the form of combined reports, highlighting indicators and data in a concise, concise and quality manner; developing a plan to ensure security and order, health care, and environmental sanitation. Localities will proactively provide transportation for delegates, arrange safe dining and resting areas, and select specific products to display at the congress. Continue to review all work contents, focus on coordinating to complete assigned tasks, and ensure the best conditions for the congress to take place thoughtfully and solemnly.
