Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to allocate the provincial budget investment plan for 2024, with a budget of 10.8 billion VND to the Nam Giang District People's Committee, from land use fee revenue (reserved for later allocation), to implement the residential arrangement project in the area of ​​Truong Son Dong Street.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Nam Giang District People's Committee to be responsible for managing and using the assigned capital plan for the right purpose and effectively; disbursing the capital plan on time and making payments and settlements according to regulations. The Department of Finance and the Provincial State Treasury shall establish procedures for funding allocation and control expenditures according to regulations.

The Department of Planning and Investment is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with the Department of Construction and related units to monitor, supervise, and urge units to implement to ensure progress, and to make investment supervision reports according to regulations; promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee to handle arising issues and problems (if any). At the same time, advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial People's Council on capital allocation results at the nearest meeting according to regulations.

The project to arrange residents in the area of ​​Truong Son Dong Street aims to compensate and clear the land with an area of ​​about 5.87 hectares; dismantle affected items at Nam Giang Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities. At the same time, invest in construction of items such as leveling the ground with an area of ​​about ^753m2 , concrete yard with an area of ​​about ^1,273m2 , building fences and drainage ditches; and arrange resettlement for households.

The project will be implemented in Thanh My town in the period of 2023 - 2025 with a total investment of nearly 36 billion VND, from the provincial budget, with the People's Committee of Nam Giang district as the investor, creating opportunities to arrange and stabilize the population according to the approved planning; build a synchronous socio-economic infrastructure system, connecting with developed regions; contribute to improving people's lives...
