Creating resources for developing members at grassroots branches, on this occasion, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association admitted 8 new members in the following majors: fine arts, stage artists, music and dance, and architects. Up to now, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association is the place where more than 350 members with 8 specialized branches operate.

In 2023, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association had many activities aimed at members such as organizing many creative practice sessions and professional seminars for members to practically improve their expertise and professionalism and support members to participate in competitions and exhibitions held in many provinces and cities across the country.
