Concluding the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang requested ministries, branches and localities to continue to effectively implement Directive No. 23 of the Secretariat, resolutions of the Government and directives of the Prime Minister on ensuring traffic safety and order and preventing traffic congestion.
