On the afternoon of January 13, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association held a ceremony to summarize the association's work in 2023 and deploy tasks for 2024.

Attending the ceremony were representatives of local departments, branches and sectors and many members of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association.

With the attention and support of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the departments and organizations of the province, in 2023, the movement of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has made significant developments, contributing to affirming the position of the young entrepreneurs of the province.

In 2023, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association admitted 33 new members, bringing the total number of members to 168. To date, the association has 4 affiliated branches in districts and towns in the province with more than 100 members. In addition to the Tennis Club, the Association has established 2 affiliated clubs including the Dak Lak Young Entrepreneurs Football Club and the Dak Lak Young Entrepreneurs Investment and Startup Club.

Meetings with government leaders and policy dialogues have been actively implemented; the “Business Coffee” program has created favorable conditions for members to meet with provincial leaders to discuss the difficulties and problems of their businesses every Tuesday morning.

Reward individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement and association work.

During the year, the Association organized 5 training courses and 2 workshops for more than 35 members on the following topics: Business development in the new era; digital transformation of enterprises...

The Association has also organized 2 working delegations to attend overseas programs with the participation of more than 20 active members. Typical examples include trade connection and product display in Laos; trade connection program in Cambodia; Central Highlands agricultural product trade delegation in Korea.

Actively connect and promote to members product display programs, trade connection in countries in the region and the world, such as Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, China and European countries. At the same time, coordinate with the Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs and JEVC/Korea Association to organize "Free Korean language classes" in Buon Ma Thuot City for all subjects, online and offline learning on weekdays from Monday to Friday...

Individuals with outstanding achievements were honored and rewarded at the ceremony.

Social security activities are also actively promoted by the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association. In 2023, the Association organized 15 social security activities, contributing more than 1.2 billion VND to the poor and people in difficult circumstances in the province.

In 2024, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association will continue to develop new members in conjunction with improving the quality of members; regularly meet and grasp the thoughts and aspirations of business members to promptly resolve difficulties; actively advise the Provincial People's Committee and departments, branches and sectors in communicating provincial policies and being a bridge between the government and the provincial business community.

At the same time, strive to have at least 5 members supporting 5 startup and business start-up projects; participate in trade promotion programs organized by the Provincial People's Committee and ministries, branches, and organizations; promote social security activities; organize health care activities for workers and employees of enterprises participating in the Association's activities; accompany the organization of the Startup Festival and trade promotion for the province's key products and startup products; promote propaganda and promotion of the province's products and strengths to domestic and foreign enterprises...

The Vietnam Youth Union of the province presented the Emulation Flag of the Leading Unit in the emulation of association work and youth movement of Dak Lak province in 2023 to the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union of Vietnam awarded the Emulation Flag of the Leading Unit in the Emulation of Association Work and Youth Movement of Dak Lak Province in 2023 to the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association; awarded Certificates of Merit to individuals of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association who had outstanding achievements in the Association Work and Young Entrepreneurs Movement in 2023.
