Hello everyone. I am in grade 12, the last year of studying under the old general education program. Under the new program, I predict that high schools will popularize teaching Chinese, like English now. I am quite good at Chinese so I am planning to take the exam to major in Chinese Pedagogy. After graduating, I can become a teacher.

Do you think so? Can everyone give me some information about the job opportunities in Chinese Pedagogy and whether the income is stable?

If I don't choose this major but study Chinese Language and then work in a private company, is that okay?
