Hoang Mai I Industrial Park Project was approved by the Prime Minister for the planning orientation of the Nam Thanh - Bac Nghe region and is one of the industrial parks in the list of industrial parks prioritized for development.

In particular, the leading project is the Monolithic Silicon Bar and Semiconductor Wedge Factory project of Runergy High-Tech Company (Thailand) with a total investment of 440 million USD. Raw water is taken from the surface water of Vuc Mau Lake. Here, the raw water is treated to meet clean water standards, led into the tank and pumped to ensure a continuous supply of clean water to the factories.

Domestic wastewater from factories, after being pre-treated to remove all toxic chemicals exceeding the Type B standard, will be led to the industrial park's wastewater treatment plant for treatment to meet the Type A wastewater standard according to national standards before being discharged into the industrial park's drainage channel. The wastewater treatment plant in the industrial park has a capacity of ^12,800m3 /day, with a maximum capacity of ^15,000m3 /day.

The industrial park is installed with underground communication cable system, and is supplied to the factory fence by international standard cable system. The connection between the industrial park's communication center and Hoang Mai Central Post Office is complete, with full Internet network.

The power supply to Hoang Mai II Industrial Park is taken from the 110/35/22kV transformer station. The high voltage power grid is provided along the internal traffic in the industrial park. Clean water is supplied with a capacity of ^30,000m3 per day from the clean water plant. Water is supplied to the factory fence by an international standard water supply pipe system. Wastewater is collected and treated at the industrial park's wastewater plant to meet water standard A (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged into the general system of the industrial park. The wastewater plant is built with a treatment capacity of ^2,900m3 /day and night. Waste is classified, collected and transported out of the industrial park by factories in the industrial park to avoid environmental pollution.

Hoang Mai II Industrial Park is equipped with a fire warning, prevention and fighting system that strictly complies with national regulations.
