HDBank honored in Top 5 ASEAN governance standards 2025

Being honored at ASEAN 2025 not only affirms HDBank 's reputation and position on the regional financial map, but also motivates the bank to continue spreading sustainable values ​​to the community, investors and society.

The prestigious award based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) is conducted by MSWG in collaboration with ACMF and ADB with high selectivity. There are 5 best enterprises honored among hundreds of prestigious enterprises from 10 ASEAN countries.

The event took place on July 24, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with the participation of Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul, leaders of financial institutions, international investors and governance experts. Discussions focused on transparency, ESG integration, board diversity, digital transformation and shareholder protection.

The award is a recognition of more than a decade of innovation, transparent and modern governance, linking business performance with ESG, digital transformation and sustainable development.
