Towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, singer Viet Thu released her debut EP titled Homeland Melody .

Viet Thu told Tuoi Tre Online : "Each individual expresses patriotism in a different way. As a singer, Viet Thu wants to convey it in her lyrics and singing, especially red music songs that are full of pride and national character.

The EP includes 5 songs: Homeland Melody, Red Leaves, Love Song, Hello Lam Hong Girl and the medley "Song of Making Ao Dai" - "The Girl Who Opens the Road".

The song Red Leaves (poem by Nguyen Dinh Thi, music by Hoang Hiep) was arranged by Viet Thu in the alternative rock trap style, making the song more vibrant, easier to listen to, and easier to feel.

Love song (Hoang Viet) and Homeland melody (Tran Tien) are arranged in cinematic style, mixing many different genres such as ballad, pop, jazz, rock, classical combined with contemporary... making it easy for listeners to access.

In this EP, Viet Thu continues to include the song Hello Lam Hong girl (Anh Duong). This song is renewed in the amapiano style, creating an attraction for listeners because of the combination of house and jazz.
