According to experts and business owners, Quang Ninh is entering the peak summer tourist season, the number of visitors is large but unstable. Visitors mainly concentrate on weekends, the occupancy rate of accommodation establishments always reaches 70-90%. While on weekdays from Monday to Wednesday, visitors are quite deserted, the occupancy rate is only about 40-50%. Faced with this reality, the tourism industry has proactively implemented stimulus solutions, implementing preferential packages for accommodation, dining, and sightseeing services during the week to attract tourists to Quang Ninh.

Ms. Tran Thi Lieu, Deputy General Director of Royal Ha Long Hotel, shared: When participating in the stimulus program, the units responded in unison, proactively linking closely together to bring visitors valuable experiences and the most reasonable prices. In addition to discounts and accompanying service incentives, the units are constantly upgrading and renewing tourism products, such as: Tuan Chau International Passenger Port, Ha Long Tourist Ship Association has organized a Night Cruise Street, bringing interesting experiences to tourists when visiting the 8th journey on Ha Long Bay, watching Ha Long at night. The ship owners also pay special attention to improving service quality, bringing satisfaction to tourists. Mr. Tran Van Hong, Head of Ha Long Tourist Ship Association, shared: With the quality of steel-hulled ships being built in series and put into use, it has contributed to improving quality and bringing the best experience to tourists. The ships are increasingly operating professionally, with wet towels served when guests board the ship, fireworks, and art programs for tourists to have memorable memories with their families and loved ones.

Tourist areas, tourist attractions, and key tourist localities in the province have also researched and organized more cultural, artistic, and sports activities, and diverse and attractive tourism products to serve tourists. At Quang Ninh Gate Tourist Area, traditional and attractive activities have been organized such as: Painting conical hats, brewing lotus tea, playing at the night market, visiting craft villages, museums, zoos, and many health care and wellness activities. Activities to respond to and stimulate tourism demand during the peak summer season of 2025 and prepare the best service conditions for people and tourists to Quang Ninh; ensure the over-fulfillment of economic growth targets in 2025, in which the tourism industry aims to welcome 20 million tourists, with expected revenue of 55,000 billion VND.
