The inauguration ceremony of the factory producing speakers, headphones and smart electronic devices in Dong Mai Industrial Park (Dong Mai Ward) is one of three key projects in the province selected by the Central Government to start construction and inaugurate to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2.

At the factory premises, the inauguration ceremony was solemnly held online connecting to the central and provincial bridges nationwide with the participation of many central and provincial delegates, business leaders, and officials, workers and laborers. Colorful flags, welcoming slogans, drums and bustling music created an exciting atmosphere, spreading confidence and expectations. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place amidst resounding applause, officially putting the factory into operation, opening up opportunities for production development, creating jobs, and contributing positively to local economic growth.

Mr. Truong Manh Hung, Head of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, emphasized: The factory producing speakers, headphones and smart electronic devices is the third project of Tonly Vietnam Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd. in Quang Ninh , which was inaugurated and put into operation in August 2025. This is a very meaningful event on the occasion of the anniversary of the nation's major holidays, continuing to affirm the attractiveness of the investment environment and competitive position of Quang Ninh, while affirming the province's determination to develop the processing and manufacturing industry quickly and sustainably. With a capacity of about 19 million electronic products of all kinds/year, after the project comes into operation, it will contribute to increasing the production capacity of electronic industrial products in the electronics sector of Quang Ninh, besides, the project will also create new jobs for thousands of workers in the area.

In the joyful atmosphere, the inauguration ceremony of the Quang Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television Headquarters left many impressions. The project has a total investment of nearly 800 billion VND from the provincial budget, built synchronously and modernly, meeting the operational requirements in the new development trend of the press and media.

Journalist Tran Minh, Head of the Department of Arts - Sports - Entertainment (Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television), shared: The inauguration of the headquarters is a source of pride for all journalists in the Mining Region. More specifically, the project was inaugurated on the occasion of the whole country celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. It can be said that the construction and use of this spacious and modern project is the clearest and most authentic expression of the province's special attention to the press and communication work of the province. I am very happy and believe that from now on, the staff, reporters and editors of Quang Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television will have more favorable conditions and new inspiration to create quality journalistic works, contributing to the cause of building Quang Ninh to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

Along with the inauguration of many key projects, a series of new projects in the fields of economy, society, health, education were also started and investment decisions were granted, creating more development momentum for Quang Ninh in the new period. The project to build social housing for workers at Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park (phase 1) was also officially started. Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, dozens of vehicles and machines were deployed simultaneously, creating a bustling atmosphere right from the first days. This is a key project, contributing to ensuring stable and comfortable accommodation for the team of workers and laborers working at Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park and neighboring areas.

Mr. Wu Xian Hong, Deputy General Director of Hai Ha Industrial Park Company Limited, shared: The Hai Ha Industrial Park social housing project was started on schedule thanks to the timely planning guidance and support policies of Quang Ninh province, the effective direction of the Economic Zone Management Board and the support of the local government. This is the first housing project that Texhong has invested in Vietnam, which has a special significance in the journey of long-term attachment to the local market and community. We believe that when completed, the project will bring a modern, safe, convenient living environment that is suitable for the financial capacity of workers.

Along with Quang Ninh, today, all over the country, there is a bustling atmosphere of groundbreaking and inauguration of a series of key projects and works. At 80 online and live connections at large-scale projects, millions of people watched and shared the joy of the country's great festival.

Watching the ceremony on the screen, Mr. Pham Van Xuan, a 60-year Party member (Hoang Que ward) excitedly said: This is the first time I have been able to watch an event of groundbreaking and inauguration of many works and projects on a grand scale, simultaneously connecting many localities across the country. Each project that was started and inaugurated today is a vivid proof of the strong changes of the homeland and country after 80 years of independence. From here, we will continue to arouse the belief and aspiration to build Quang Ninh to be increasingly rich, civilized and happy.

In the joyful atmosphere welcoming the new historical journey, the newly started and inaugurated works and projects have breathed new life into the land of Quang Ninh. Through this, they have contributed to the completion of economic and technical infrastructure, promoted growth, and improved the quality of life of the people.

Paving the way for a new era of development

On August 19, a total of 250 projects and works of ministries, branches, localities, corporations and general companies in 34 provinces and cities were started and inaugurated, of which 161 projects and works were started and 89 projects and works were inaugurated. The total investment of the works is about 1,280,000 billion VND. Of the projects, state capital invested in 129 projects with 478,000 billion VND, accounting for 37% of the total investment and 121 projects and works were invested from other sources with 802,000 billion VND, accounting for 63% of the total investment.

Quang Ninh is honored and proud to contribute to this important event with 14 projects starting and inaugurating, with a total investment of about 13,307 billion VND. Of which, 3 projects were selected by the Central Government to organize online and live television, namely: The underground mining project of the Ha Rang mine extension of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (live bridge); the social housing area of the residential area of Ngan Ban hill, Ha Long and Ha Lam wards of the Joint Venture of Global Financial Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company and Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 6 (online bridge); the factory producing speakers, headphones and smart electronic devices of Tonly Electronics Industries (HK) Limited in Dong Mai Industrial Park (online bridge).

In addition, 11 projects and works were started and inaugurated by the province on this special occasion, including: Inaugurated works: Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Headquarters; Trong Diem Secondary School; Hai Ha Secondary School; commencement of projects: Renovation and upgrading of provincial road 330 from Ba Che to provincial road 342; construction and expansion of Bai Chay Hospital; Quang Hanh golf course; Coc Sau - Deo Nai mining cluster project; Tan Yen underground mining project - Dong Trang Bach mine; investment in construction of Nam Mau coal screening plant; investment in construction of underground workers' dormitory of Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company; social housing for workers of Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park (phase 1).

Also on August 19, the province granted investment decisions to 22 non-budgetary capital projects, with a total investment of more than VND110,800 billion in the fields of coal industry; services, trade; urban areas, social housing and other fields.

The groundbreaking and inauguration of hundreds of large-scale projects on the same day is an unprecedented event, clearly demonstrating the maturity, growth, and self-reliance of the country. At the same time, it vividly and truly reflects the efforts of the entire political system, related entities, and the solidarity and consensus of the people competing to participate in the implementation of projects and works across the country.

Accompanying the whole country, Quang Ninh province and the business community have made efforts to coordinate the implementation of key projects, determined to accelerate the implementation, commencement and completion of many important projects and works. 14 projects inaugurated and commenced, along with 22 projects granted investment decisions in the whole province are all important projects, of strategic significance, creating strong spillover effects, promoting growth, ensuring social security, improving people's lives, contributing to affirming the position of a dynamic, creative and deeply integrated locality.

These projects are not only modern architectural works, but also vivid evidence of the spirit of solidarity, aspiration to rise, determination of the entire political system, business community and people of the whole province, joining hands and wholeheartedly to build a rich and civilized Quang Ninh. Thereby, contributing to the country to complete the set goals to enter a new era - the era of national rise, creating a solid foundation for economic growth of more than 8% in 2025 and towards double-digit growth in the following years.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of 250 typical projects nationwide, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed: The key socio-economic projects inaugurated and started today have many strategic meanings, not only the results of efforts and joint efforts to overcome difficulties, but also the symbol of the aspiration for development and the will to rise of the entire nation. This is also a vivid demonstration of the achievements in developing the country's infrastructure, demonstrating the determination of the Party, State and people in building a prosperous, civilized and modern Vietnam.

The Prime Minister expressed his hope that each project today will continue to be a piece of the puzzle that embellishes and brightens the picture of the Vietnamese nation “Independence - Freedom - Peace - Unity - Integration - Strength - Prosperity - Civilization - Prosperity”. At the same time, they will become new symbolic projects of Vietnam that are mentioned and admired by friends in the region and the world; adding more creative cultural and social spaces for people to enjoy more and more.
