(Dan Tri) - According to the police, the fire broke out at a scrap yard and spread to a level 4 house in Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi. Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire.
On November 8, speaking with Dan Tri reporter, the commander of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team, Nam Tu Liem District Police (Hanoi) said that at about 9:52 a.m. the same day, in Me Tri ward (Nam Tu Liem district), a fire broke out at a scrap yard and spread to a level 4 house.

After receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team, Nam Tu Liem District Police coordinated with Thanh Xuan District Police (Hanoi) to dispatch 4 fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire and search and rescue.
According to the police, fortunately the fire did not cause any casualties. The area where the fire started was a local scrap yard, and the fire then spread to a level 4 house, but no one was inside at the time of the fire.

Because the area where the fire was burning contained scrap, the smoke from the fire was thick. After about 20 minutes, the police controlled the fire.
Previously, there was some information that the scrap yard fire had spread to 5 adjacent houses, however, the police confirmed that this was false information.
