To ensure the rights of candidates, the Department of Education and Training requires the Examination Council to provide additional answers in cases where the questions are wrongly printed due to unclear ink. Thus, candidates who misunderstand the exam questions will still be graded and their answers will be accepted if correct.

Mr. Pham Quoc Toan, Head of Quality Management Department, Department of Education and Training, shared that this year's 10th grade entrance exam was successfully implemented. During the exam, the Department did not receive any information about errors in the Math exam or other subjects.

After the math exam ended yesterday afternoon, the Department received feedback from parents about the error. Immediately upon receiving the information, the Department of Education and Training began reviewing all 201 exam sites, the process of creating and printing exam questions to find the cause. "All procedures for printing and creating exam questions in the quarantine area were in accordance with exam regulations," said Mr. Toan.
