District Police Department dissolved, where do people go to apply for ID cards and VNeID accounts?

To ensure the rights and convenience of people when registering for procedures to issue, change, reissue ID cards and issue electronic identification accounts for individuals, agencies and organizations, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of the Provincial Police (Department PC06) has deployed stations to receive ID card application documents at the unit headquarters and the headquarters of the District Police (old) until receiving documents at the Commune Police. From March 3, 2025, people in the area can go to the following addresses to request an ID card or an electronic identification account:

  2. No. 34 Ly Thai To, Nguyen Van Cu ward, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province
