Reporting on the results of monitoring and urging the assigned cases at regular citizen reception sessions from July 10 to August 10, the representative of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee said that 9 cases had been reported and responded to by citizens; 5 cases had not yet reached the reporting deadline or had been reported on progress but had not been resolved.

Regarding regular citizen reception, the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee received 9 cases; regularly received citizens 12 times/12 cases; received and processed 111 petitions. The Committee advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue documents to transfer petitions to competent agencies to resolve 45 cases; the remaining 66 petitions did not meet the conditions for processing, creating records for archiving and monitoring.
