Effectiveness of emulation work

According to the assessment from the City Social Policy Bank, the emulation and reward work at the branch in the period of 2020-2025 has always received attention and response from the staff and employees of the entire unit. The emulation movements deployed at the branch are rich in content, practical and closely linked to the results of implementing political tasks. Timely rewards for collectives and staff with outstanding achievements, thereby encouraging and motivating staff and employees to be motivated, dedicated, love the industry, love the profession, and strive to overcome all difficulties to contribute to the overall development of the branch.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the City Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, informed that in the emulation movement launched by the Prime Minister, the Governor of the State Bank, and the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, the branch has closely followed and actively responded, issued many programs, plans, and documents launching emulation, specifying the targets and contents suitable for the tasks of each stage. With the emulation movement launched by the branch director and the locality, it has closely followed the goals and tasks of hunger eradication and poverty reduction of the city, the Resolution of the Board of Directors at all levels and the targets and tasks assigned by the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies. The branch has launched regular emulation movements by topic focusing on new and difficult and complicated areas in implementing policy credit. In the period of 2020-2025 alone, the branch has launched 49 emulation movements and has summarized and concluded 47 emulation rounds; Rewarded 675 groups and 1,717 individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements.

Not only stopping at expertise, the emulation movement of the Social Policy Bank also spreads to many other areas such as: Emulation to build a friendly and civilized working environment; emulation of administrative reform initiatives; emulation of physical training, arts and sports; emulation to build "green - clean - beautiful" offices. Thanks to the good performance of emulation and reward work, it has contributed to improving the efficiency of policy credit operations in the area. As of March 31, 2025, the total capital at the branch reached VND 5,035 billion, an increase of VND 2,040 billion compared to 2020, with an average annual growth rate of about 13.28%. Policy credit capital has made an important contribution to promoting socio-economic development in accordance with the orientation of the Party and State; contributing to reducing the poverty rate of the whole city from 4.17% at the end of 2019 to 1.4% at the end of 2024.

Innovation, improving the quality of emulation and rewards

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai highly appreciated the results achieved in general activities and emulation and reward work in particular of the branch. At the same time, he emphasized that emulation and reward work is one of the important solutions, contributing to motivating and encouraging cadres, civil servants and employees in the system of the Social Policy Bank to overcome difficulties and excellently complete assigned tasks.
