In 2022, the Hanoi People's Committee approved the project "Introducing and performing plays adapted from famous Vietnamese and international literary works included in the general education program at schools in Hanoi for the period 2022-2030".

The school theater project is a meaningful activity that helps students approach literary works through theater. From there, it helps students improve their aesthetic perception, foster their love of literature, and contribute to orienting and perfecting their personality and lifestyle. Through the performances of artists, students will love historical figures, their homeland, and their country more.

Director of Hanoi Drama Theater Nguyen Trung Hieu emphasized: "The program is a meaningful activity, helping students approach literary works through the stage. Through the project, it will enhance aesthetic perception, foster love of literature, contribute to orienting and perfecting students' personality and lifestyle."

After the opening ceremony, 350 students and teachers of Trung Vuong Secondary School enjoyed the play "Physical Spirit" staged and performed by artists of the Hanoi Drama Theater.

According to the plan, the Department of Education and Training of Me Linh district in coordination with Hanoi Drama Theater will organize 6 live performances at the Hall of the People's Council and People's Committee of Me Linh district to serve 100% of more than 10,000 students of secondary and high schools, and Continuing Education Centers in the district from November 4 to 14.

Previously, in early September, the Department of Education and Training of Me Linh district coordinated with the Hanoi Drama Theater to organize 8 live performances at the Hall of the People's Council and People's Committee of Me Linh district to serve 100% of primary school students in the area.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, Secretary of Me Linh District Party Committee said: "Me Linh District always identifies education as an important foundation. In recent times, the district has always focused on doing a good job in education, building a system of talented citizens who are responsible to the community, contributing to the goal of building comprehensively developed Vietnamese people.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, the education sector needs to proactively bring art into schools to train creativity and promote moral values. From there, it helps students receive information and knowledge through a variety of forms.
