Duong Hoa puts up signs to welcome Party Congresses at all levels

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Duong Hoa Commune People's Committee Le Duc Phong said that Cat Que A Secondary School is one of the educational institutions with a long tradition and many achievements in the career of educating people in the commune. In recent years, the school's facilities have been limited, not meeting the increasing learning needs of the commune's children, especially when the mechanical population is increasing rapidly.

Based on that reality, the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Duong Hoa commune agreed to include the Cat Que A Secondary School expansion project in the list of key projects. The project not only helps invest in educational infrastructure, but also has profound political significance, demonstrating the determination of the entire Party Committee, government and people of Duong Hoa commune in caring for the cause of education and investing in the future of their homeland.

The project has an expansion scale of 4,560m2, the total area of the school after expansion is 9,557m2, including the following items: Demolition of the 2-storey classroom block and the degraded toilet block built in 2000; construction of a new 4-storey classroom block, floor area of 2,830m2, including 15 classrooms, 3 subject classrooms and auxiliary items. The project has a total investment of 38.8 billion VND from the budget, started in September 2022, completed and put into use in August 2025, ensuring quality, technique and aesthetics.

Comrade Le Duc Phong affirmed that the completion and putting into use of Cat Que A Secondary School has great significance not only in terms of facilities, but also affirms the people's trust in the leadership of the Party, is a driving force to encourage all cadres, party members and people to compete to achieve achievements to welcome the first Congress of the Party Committee of Duong Hoa commune, term 2025-2030. This is also a pivotal moment, opening a new development path for Duong Hoa commune, towards the goal of becoming a comprehensively and sustainably developed locality of the capital Hanoi . At the same time, he affirmed that the commune's investment in education is an investment in the future, in human resources, which is the key factor of all successes.

The leaders of Duong Hoa commune also requested the Board of Directors and teachers of Cat Que A Secondary School to continue to improve the quality of teaching, maximize the effectiveness of using new facilities, preserve and exploit sustainable works, and continue to build a friendly, safe and modern school.
