According to MSI, KB5029351 can be automatically uninstalled to allow Windows to return to normal. However, if KB5029351 does not uninstall automatically, users are advised to roll back their BIOS to the previous version and uninstall KB5029351 from Windows.

Currently, both MSI and Microsoft are aware of the issue and both companies are actively investigating the cause. However, there is no exact timetable for when the two companies will release a final fix. In the meantime, users should hold off on updating to Windows 11 if they have an MSI motherboard.
