Kinhtedothi – On the morning of April 18 (March 10 of the lunar calendar), thousands of tourists from all over the country flocked to the Hung Temple historical relic site (Viet Tri City, Phu Tho) to participate in the Hung Kings' death anniversary with deep respect and gratitude.
From early morning of April 18 (March 10 of the lunar calendar), according to the reporter of Kinh te Do thi, thousands of people flocked to the Hung Temple historical relic site (Viet Tri city, Phu Tho). It rained from early morning, many people had to wear raincoats and use umbrellas. However, according to locals and tourists, this was a "lucky" thing, "the rain washed the temple". According to Director of Hung Temple Historical Relic Site Le Truong Giang: Since the festival opened, the number of people and tourists coming to Hung Temple has increased day by day. The Organizing Committee has coordinated with the Youth Union, the relic site protection force, especially the police and military forces to create soft fences to arrange each wave of tourists to go up Nghia Linh mountain to ensure safety, without jostling or pushing. In addition, the Organizing Committee also arranged soft fences and traffic diversions from the ceremonial axis as well as the turns into Hung Temple, not from the temple gate to ensure that this year there will be no traffic congestion and no impact on the health and pilgrimage route of the people and tourists. Director of Hung Temple Historical Site Le Truong Giang said the incense offering ceremony takes place from 7am to 9am. Visitors to Hung Temple at this time can visit the area where cultural camps, exhibitions, and folk cultural activities are held on the Hung Temple grounds. In addition, visitors and locals can offer incense at the Temple of National Ancestor Lac Long Quan and the Temple of Mother Au Co to avoid overcrowding and jostling.
