Following the direction of the Central Youth Union Secretariat, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union simultaneously organized the peak day of Volunteer Soldiers for Civilized Urban Areas and supported people in performing online public services and handling administrative procedures. Sa Pa was chosen as the locality to organize provincial-level activities.

At the program, the Provincial Youth Union presented 60 shirts to students in difficult circumstances, organized the cleaning and collection of 100 kg of waste in Cau May ward, renovated 120 ^m2 of school yard, and organized the installation of level 1 and 2 identification codes for 200 people in Sa Pa town.

The whole province also organized meaningful activities: Launched a campaign to clean up 50 km of roads in wards and towns. Coordinated with the Youth Union of the district, town and city police to organize support for granting level 1 and 2 identification codes to 500 people in the whole province. Organized the removal and dismantling of 300 illegal advertisements... Organized propaganda activities, guided and supported people and youth union members to use electronic payment accounts and use online public services, focusing on groups of administrative procedures with frequent and popular implementation to increase the rate of files received and processed effectively.
