According to the investor, these are important projects, aiming to meet the load demand of Chau Duc district and at the same time provide backup for connecting the medium voltage grid with 110kV transformer stations in the area; ensuring continuous and stable grid operation, improving reliability, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of Chau Duc district.

In recent times, the Ba Ria - Vung Tau electricity industry has always paid attention to investing in distribution infrastructure systems. In the period from 2021-2024, the Southern Power Corporation has assigned Ba Ria - Vung Tau Power Company to invest more than 1,480 billion VND in medium and low voltage grid infrastructure and 110kV transformer stations. Of which, in 2024 alone, 564 billion VND was disbursed, including a number of notable projects such as: operating 4 generators for Con Dao; installing 2-40MVA generators at An Ngai Station (Long Dien district, now Long Dat)...
