On the afternoon of January 29, the working delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front led by Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, visited and presented gifts at the Provincial Center for Social Protection and Work, and to families in difficult circumstances in Nho Quan and Kim Son districts.
Accompanying the delegation were: Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dinh Viet Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Tong Quang Thin, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Hoang Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; and leaders of localities.
* The delegation visited and presented gifts to poor households and households in difficult circumstances in Thach Binh commune (Nho Quan district) and Xuan Chinh commune (Kim Son district). These are two difficult communes with their own characteristics.
Thach Binh is a mountainous commune with more than 50% of the population being ethnic minorities. Meanwhile, Xuan Chinh commune has about 80% of the population being religious people.
After listening to the reports from local leaders, Vice President and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thi Thu Ha was happy and excited about the results of Party building and socio-economic development of localities in recent years.

He emphasized: Tet is an opportunity for local authorities to take care of families with meritorious services and households in difficult circumstances; demonstrating the Party and State's concern for social security; so that everyone and every family can enjoy a warm and meaningful traditional Tet. Thereby, adding motivation and confidence for families to rise up in life.
On this occasion, the Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front presented Tet gifts to 200 poor households and households in difficult circumstances in the two communes of Thach Binh and Xuan Chinh.
He also kindly asked about the living conditions of the families and wished them a happy, warm, safe and peaceful Lunar New Year, and to comply with the law. He hoped that the families would continue to overcome difficulties to develop the economy, increase income and escape poverty.
At the same time, it is recommended that local Party committees and authorities continue to pay attention and do a good job of taking care of people's lives; take specific and practical actions to help families in difficult circumstances have more conditions to develop their economy.
* Visiting the Provincial Center for Social Protection and Work (Ninh Phong Ward, Ninh Binh City), Vice President and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thi Thu Ha acknowledged and commended the efforts of the leaders, officers, civil servants and employees of the Center in performing their tasks over the past years.

He emphasized: Managing, caring for, nurturing and educating nearly 100 subjects including orphans, lonely elderly people without support, people with disabilities... is a very hard and difficult job. However, with a sense of responsibility and love, the staff of the Center have excellently completed the assigned tasks. In the coming time, he requested that the collective leadership, staff, civil servants and workers of the Center continue to strive to successfully complete the tasks of managing, caring for, nurturing, educating and fully implementing the policies of the Party and State towards the subjects.
On this occasion, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha gave gifts of encouragement and wished the staff, civil servants and beneficiaries of the Center a happy and prosperous new year.
