Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang attended the Party Congress of Bich Hao commune, Nghe An.

Bich Hao Commune Party Committee was established on the basis of merging and consolidating the Party Committees of 4 communes: Mai Giang, Thanh Lam, Thanh Tung and Thanh Xuan, formerly belonging to Thanh Chuong district. The Party Committee currently has more than 1,500 members, operating in 55 affiliated grassroots Party organizations.

In the past 5 years, implementing the resolution for the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committees of the 4 communes before the merger and Bich Hao commune at present have united, made efforts, innovated leadership methods, mobilized the strength of great national unity and the consensus of the people to complete the goals, targets and tasks.

Notably, the economy has grown rapidly and sustainably, and the economic structure has shifted in the right direction. Budget revenue in the area reached 108.8% of the plan. Average income per capita by 2024 will reach 53.1 million VND.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee and people of Bich Hao commune in the 2020-2025 term with many outstanding highlights.

Emphasizing the major policies and orientations of the Central Committee, along with the opportunities and challenges in the new development period, comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang emphasized two core issues that the Party Committee of Bich Hao commune needs to pay special attention to, which is to build a high level of solidarity and unity within the Party and the political system. In leadership, we must be close to, rely on, and for the people, making the people understand, share, and agree for development.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang noted that the locality needs to continue to arrange and improve the organizational structure, specialized departments must be reviewed for appropriate replacement, associated with training and fostering to improve skills for officials and civil servants, especially the application of information technology, to meet the requirements of performing tasks in the electronic environment, public services with a receptive spirit. For difficult problems, the province and the Central Government should be proposed for support.
