The Level 2 Field Hospital is located at the D40 Infirmary of the Dien Bien Provincial Military Command, established by the General Department of Logistics on April 15, 2024. The unit is responsible for ensuring the health of soldiers and forces serving in parades, marches and participating in activities during the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

At the Level 2 Field Hospital, General Department of Logistics, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia kindly visited, encouraged, and shared the difficulties and hardships of officers and soldiers performing their duties here; at the same time, he noted that the military medical force needs to closely coordinate with units, promptly admit, provide first aid, and treat soldiers when situations arise; regularly check, examine, and ensure the best health for soldiers during peak periods, meet high-intensity training tasks, and successfully complete the task of marching and marching to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

Meeting and encouraging the Naval Officers to participate in the parade to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia shared the difficulties and hardships of the soldiers when carrying out the task of training for the parade in harsh weather conditions, prolonged heat; and the living and eating conditions are still difficult.

The Head of the Central Propaganda Department requested that Party committees and commanders of agencies and units regularly pay attention to, care for, and ensure the material and spiritual life of the forces participating in this important political event.

He emphasized that this is a good model that needs to be promoted and replicated by the district for many other households in the area to learn and follow; thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality./.
