Attending the Congress were comrades: Tran Cang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Finance; Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of a number of provincial agencies and units; former local leaders of different periods; and 120 delegates representing 583 party members in the entire Party Committee.

Ia Rsai commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes: Ia Rsai (old), Chu Gu and Chu Rcam.

The Congress affirmed the achievements and frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations in the past term; at the same time, set out targets and tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

In particular, the average product value growth rate reaches 10.75%/year; average income per capita by 2030 reaches 51.6 million VND; the poverty rate is reduced to below 4%; 100% of schools meet national standards...

The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Ia Rsai Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Commune Party Executive Committee consists of 20 comrades; Comrade Nguyen Thi Kieu Diem was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Tran Cang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Finance requested that the Ia Rsai Commune Party Committee promptly deploy programs and plans to effectively implement the Congress Resolution.

In particular, strengthening the great solidarity bloc, promoting the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement; exploiting potentials and advantages to boost socio-economic development. Continuing to care for and improve people's lives, doing a good job of sustainable poverty reduction associated with new rural construction; preserving national cultural identity; maintaining political security, social order and safety; determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress.
