In the 2022-2023 school year, despite many difficulties, Thai Binh Pedagogical College and its affiliated educational institutions, namely Hoa Hong Kindergarten; Quach Dinh Bao Primary, Secondary and High Schools, continued to achieve remarkable achievements. Teaching and learning discipline was strictly implemented; school facilities were gradually invested; school security and order were ensured. The scale and organizational structure of the school have been clearly defined; the graduation rate reached 100%, of which excellent and good students reached 81.2%. 100% of graduates found good jobs. The school was honored as the leading unit in the emulation bloc of universities and colleges.

To effectively carry out the key tasks in the 2023-2024 school year, the school's solution is to build a team of lecturers and teachers with sufficient quantity, expertise, professionalism, dedication and responsibility for the profession; effectively implement the 2018 general education program and the high-quality orientation program at primary, secondary and high school levels.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited the facilities of Quach Dinh Bao Primary, Secondary and High School under Thai Binh Pedagogical College.

The comrade noted that Thai Binh Pedagogical College, including its affiliated schools, is a new model, so the board of directors, staff and teachers must be united and unified; quickly complete and consolidate the organizational structure of Quach Dinh Bao Primary, Secondary and High School to stabilize and operate effectively. The comrade assigned the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Home Affairs to evaluate the effectiveness of the operating model of Thai Binh Pedagogical College in order to make adjustments to overcome limitations and promote advantages to achieve high efficiency.

In the 2023-2024 school year, Thai Binh College of Education has 238 full-time students at vocational intermediate level and 109 full-time students at college level.
