Over the past 5 years, overcoming difficulties and challenges, the Delegation has held more than 100 ceremonies to welcome heads of state and high-ranking military delegations from other countries to visit and work in Vietnam; welcomed more than 80 visits of Party and State leaders to work with units; served more than 900 ceremonial tasks of central ministries, branches, agencies and units in the Army.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Hien, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of National Defense, emphasized that generations of officers and soldiers of the Military Ceremonial Corps have promoted the good nature and glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army, always striving to train, strive, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and excellently completed the task of serving the ceremonies of the Party, State and Army. The Military Ceremonial Corps has demonstrated professionalism and a high sense of responsibility, leaving a deep impression in the hearts of the people and international friends. The comrades have always maintained a disciplined, solemn and standard style, contributing to spreading the image of the Vietnam People's Army as disciplined, elite and modern.

To successfully complete the task of serving the Party, State and Army's ceremonies in the new situation, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Hien requested officers and soldiers of the Army Ceremonial Corps to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively carry out key tasks such as: Regularly and deeply grasp the Party's guidelines and viewpoints; State policies and laws; military and national defense tasks in the new period. Build a contingent of officers and soldiers with steadfast political will, absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Hien also requested the Military Ceremonial Group to continue to proactively propose content and measures to lead the organization and implementation of ceremonial tasks of the Party, State and Army. In the immediate future, focus on successfully completing the task of participating in the parade and marching in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the General Staff's Traditional Day. At the same time, actively research and advise the Chief of the General Staff and the Ministry of National Defense to innovate, standardize and perfect national and military rituals and ceremonies; combine the inheritance of traditional national culture with the quintessence of human culture, ensuring modernity, solemnity and Vietnamese identity.
