ChatGPT-5 Launched

Last week, OpenAI introduced GPT-5 - its latest and most powerful large language model (LLM). This is the foundation for AI chatbot software, notable for its ability to respond faster, more accurately and significantly more usefully than GPT-4.

Unlike previous versions, GPT-5 will be available to free users of ChatGPT as well, instead of being limited to paid users. However, the free version will have limitations on features and number of uses.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman emphasized the superiority of GPT-5: “I tried going back to GPT-4 and it was terrible. GPT-5 is like a team of PhD experts in your pocket.”

Vietnamese network operator's 5G speed hits new record

According to the latest statistics as of July this year from the Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC, under the Ministry of Science and Technology ), the average 5G network speed in Vietnam reached 447.03 Mb/s for download and 99.26 Mb/s for upload, with an average latency of only 24 milliseconds.

This is a record for download, upload speed and latency of 5G network in Vietnam so far, marking the efforts to improve the quality and stability of 5G network of domestic network operators.

In particular, Viettel 's 5G network is leading the 5G network speed in Vietnam, with an average download speed of 482.54 Mb/s, an average upload speed of 105.52 Mb/s and an average latency of 24 milliseconds.

Apple dominates the tablet market

Apple maintained its lead with 14.1 million iPads sold in the second quarter, or 36.1% of the global market, according to market research firm Canalys . That growth was 2.4% higher than the same period last year.

Researchers at Cisco Talos have just issued a warning about a security vulnerability that could affect tens of millions of Dell-branded laptops.

The report said more than 100 Dell laptop models were affected by the issue. The vulnerabilities are related to the Broadcom BCM5820X chip, which Dell uses in its firmware and ControlVault security system.
