The above admission score is the total score of 3 subjects in the admission subject group, without multiplying the coefficient, including regional and subject priority points. The above floor score does not distinguish between subject groups, does not distinguish between candidates studying under the 2006 and 2018 general education programs.

Candidates applying for pedagogical majors by using high school transcripts or competency assessment test scores, in addition to the above minimum score requirements, must have good academic results for the entire 12th grade year (academic performance ranked from excellent or higher) or a high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher.

Candidates applying for admission to English pedagogy and English language majors, in addition to the minimum score requirement, must achieve a score of 5 or higher in English to be eligible for admission. For the minimum score using the results of the competency assessment exams of Hanoi National University and regional universities, the school will convert the score equivalent to the minimum score and admission score in the same way as the method of using the competency assessment exam results of Ho Chi Minh City National University.
