Proposal to add 38 project categories to change the purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land in 2024

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee proposed to change the purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land for 38 project categories (using state budget capital for 20 categories, using non-state budget capital for 18 categories) with a total area of ​​land use purpose change of 18.91 hectares.

The localities with the most proposed project lists are Dien Ban town and Que Son district (12 projects each). The remaining localities have 1-3 projects. The proposed additional projects are consistent with the local land use planning until 2030.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, the total list of projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land of the districts, towns and cities: Phuoc Son, Nam Giang, Tay Giang, Dai Loc, Duy Xuyen, Que Son, Hiep Duc, Thang Binh, Bac Tra My, Nam Tra My, Nui Thanh, Dien Ban, Tam Ky proposed to supplement is 58 lists.

Through the review results, there are 38/58 project lists for changing the purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land of districts, towns and cities: Nam Giang, Tay Giang, Dai Loc, Duy Xuyen, Que Son, Hiep Duc, Thang Binh, Bac Tra My, Nui Thanh, Dien Ban, Tam Ky that ensure capital sources, investment policies and have been approved by the Standing Committee of the District People's Council, so the Provincial People's Committee submitted to the Provincial People's Council at the 24th session, term X for consideration and unanimous approval of supplementation.
