Previously, on August 7, the Office of the President issued Document No. 1053/TTr-VPCTN requesting the Prime Minister to consider and submit to the President the title of "Labor Hero" to Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh to honor her great contributions in the field of foreign affairs, especially in her position as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Provisional Revolutionary Government during the period 1969-1976.
