On the morning of August 24, the Party Committee of the People - Government - Party Bloc of Ho Chi Minh City held a ceremony to award Party Badges on September 2, 2024; awarding prizes for the Ho Chi Minh City Citizens' Contest with the cultural journey in 2024 with the theme "Family culture".
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, in charge of the Party Committee of the People - Government - Party Bloc of Ho Chi Minh City, congratulated 29 party members receiving the Party Badge.
He emphasized that the Party Badge is a noble award of the Party to recognize and honor the contributions of Party members. It is also an honor for the Party Cell, the grassroots Party Committee where the comrades are living and working, and for the Party Committee of the Bloc.
In the current period, the entire political system of Ho Chi Minh City is determined to effectively implement the 2024 theme of Ho Chi Minh City on " Strengthening the building and rectification of the Party and a clean and strong political system; determined to effectively implement digital transformation and Resolution 98/2023/QH15 of the National Assembly ".
This task is associated with the implementation of action programs to implement Resolution 31, Resolution 24, Conclusion 14 of the Politburo, resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, national reunification and specifically studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dung hopes that party members will continue to unite, make efforts to study and practice to contribute to building a clean and strong Party and political system; especially, building family culture, preserving national culture and traditions; protecting and promoting revolutionary achievements, building the country and Ho Chi Minh City to develop more and more.
During the ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the People - Government - Party Bloc of Ho Chi Minh City commended and awarded prizes to 5 units that participated well in the Bloc-level competition, and 11 authors/groups of authors with the best articles and Infographic products.
Through the entries, the authors and groups of authors expressed their love and beautiful memories of their families; real experiences from family life to find the value of bonding between family members.
At the same time, we fight against and condemn acts of domestic violence; raise new issues arising in families in the current period and spread and honor the good traditional values of Vietnamese families.
