Immerse yourself in the 'infinity pool' at Dak Lak beach

Emerging from videos on social networks, the natural water holes on Cu Lao Mai Nha Island (O Loan Commune, Dak Lak Province) captivate many tourists when seawater overflows into the holes, creating unique "infinity pools" in the middle of the sea.

The "infinity pool" is located in Cu Lao Mai Nha, Phuoc Dong village, O Loan commune (formerly An Hoa Hai commune, Tuy An district, Phu Yen province).

Locals say the island got its name because from a distance it looks like a roof.

There are almost no houses on the island, only a few small shops to serve tourists. Because it has not been exploited much for tourism , the island still retains the wild beauty bestowed by nature.

In addition to the experience of overnight camping, watching the sunrise and sunset at the front beach, visitors cannot miss the back beach of the island, where there are large rocks, cliffs, natural caves, suitable for watching the sunrise, taking pictures, and fishing.

Especially at the back beach of Cu Lao Mai Nha, there are natural water holes with turquoise color like infinity pools right on the sea.

Tour guide Duong Anh Tuan said that at the back beach there are two "infinity pools". The sea water flows in and out continuously, so the water in the pools is always clear and blue, sometimes visitors can even see schools of small fish swimming around.

"The best time to fully admire the beauty of the lake is in the morning when the tide rises and water floods in," said Mr. Tuan.

Ms. Le Thu Dong, a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City, said: "Soaking in cool lakes right next to the sea, with beautiful rocky mountains behind us, gives us a very strange, different and exciting feeling. I hope that the locality has a plan to invest in developing tourism here."
