Launching the ceremony, Colonel Ha Chi Dung, Party Secretary, Deputy Director of the Quartermaster Department emphasized: The emulation movement is organized in two phases: Phase 1 from 2025 to 2027, organizing implementation and organizing preliminary summary, evaluation, and drawing experience in the third quarter of 2027; Phase 2 from 2027 to 2030, continuing to implement and organizing a summary of the emulation movement in the third quarter of 2030.

The emulation movement sets specific goals: By 2025, more than 80% of cadres, employees and soldiers will have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, be able to use digital platforms and services for work; be able to use smart devices to exploit information, use essential digital platforms and services, and know how to protect themselves in the digital environment. 100% of cadres and employees will be equipped with digital knowledge and skills to serve learning, research and innovation, have safety skills in learning and social interaction in the digital environment.

By 2026, 100% of staff will have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, be able to use digital platforms and services for work; be able to use smart devices to exploit information, use essential digital platforms and services, and know how to protect themselves in the digital environment. Complete the system of documents to synchronize and unify with legal regulations on science , technology, innovation and digital transformation.

Colonel Ha Chi Dung signed to confirm the emulation commitment of the departments and offices.

From 2027 to 2030, 100% of officers and employees in the Quartermaster Department will master digital transformation, improve digital capacity, and adapt to new technologies. Complete and effectively operate the Quartermaster Department's digital ecosystem on a digital platform and digital space.

On behalf of the Standing Party Committee, the Command, and the Emulation and Reward Council of the Quartermaster Department, Colonel Ha Chi Dung called on all officers, employees, and soldiers in the Department to promote the achieved results, spread good experiences, good initiatives, and typical models; thoroughly overcome all difficulties, unite, and be determined to successfully implement the targets of the Emulation Movement, contributing to the excellent completion of all assigned tasks, and building the Quartermaster Department "Comprehensively strong and solid".
