Lieutenant Colonel Le Quang Hoa - Head of the Traffic Guidance, Control and Tour Guide Department said: "4 working groups including 2 motorbikes and cars, will urge, inspect and prevent traffic jams in Hanoi. In case of detecting incidents, traffic jams or passenger cars stopping, picking up and dropping off passengers in violation of regulations, the groups will notify the traffic police team in charge of the area to handle the situation immediately to help people go home for Tet holiday smoothly".
