In 2024, the propaganda work of the Provincial Party Committee always closely follows the direction and orientation of the Central Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee and the political tasks of the province; proactively grasps and forecasts the ideological situation of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life; promptly advises Party committees at all levels on solutions suitable to the realities of localities and bases. The provincial propaganda sector actively and proactively advises, directs, orients and organizes propaganda activities to serve political tasks, important holidays and anniversaries of the country and the province; organizes the dissemination, study and implementation of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Party, the 2024 theme on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle throughout the Party Committee to ensure timeliness and quality. The work of science and education, culture and arts, Party history, political theory education, summarizing practices, and theoretical research continues to be innovated, closely following reality. Proactively fight to prevent and handle bad and toxic information on social networks, refute wrong and hostile viewpoints, and contribute to protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

At the conference, delegates gave speeches, shared experiences, achievements and proposed solutions to improve the quality of propaganda work at agencies, units and localities.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and commended the results of propaganda work achieved in 2024. He emphasized that in 2025, many important political events of the country and the province took place, in a context with many advantages but also many difficulties and challenges, requiring propaganda work to continue to closely follow political orientation, innovate content and methods to improve the quality and effectiveness of activities.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council spoke at the conference.

He suggested that the propaganda sector should focus on doing a good job of propaganda, thoroughly grasping and seriously and effectively implementing the resolutions, directives, conclusions and regulations of the Central and the province; advising the Party committees at all levels to do a good job of political and ideological work, creating high unity in the political system, and consensus of the people on the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus of the political system in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and arrange the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently", including the merger of the mass mobilization committee and the propaganda committee at the provincial and district levels. The propaganda sector should proactively orient information and widely propagate the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the 21st Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party; Advise on the issuance of new documents to lead and direct the work of Party building in terms of politics, ideology, and ethics, and proactively grasp and forecast the ideological situation in the Party and public opinion, promptly handle and orient public opinion, especially before, during and after the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, develop a plan to organize the dissemination, study and implementation of the 2025 theme "Promoting the strength of great national unity; enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee in the era of national rise".
