Imbued with the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh , Head of the Electromechanical Department, Texray Company Limited (VN) (Khanh Hau Ward, Tay Ninh Province) Huynh Kiem is exemplary, striving to complete assigned tasks well, worthy of being a worker and laborer in the new era.
During his work, Mr. Kiem has a high sense of responsibility, strives to excellently complete assigned tasks and always has a specific plan for each professional task. In particular, he learns from Uncle Ho about being proactive, positive, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility in work, while always studying to improve professional skills and researching, exploring, learning to improve knowledge and experience through innovative experiences.
Every year, he has innovative initiatives that help the Company earn hundreds of millions of VND and are recognized and highly appreciated by the Company and the Trade Union. In particular, in 2024, Mr. Kiem had the initiative to design a machine to remove dirt and excess thread from finished clothes, helping to save costs and benefit the Company 864 million VND/year, while helping to protect the health of workers and minimize the impact on the environment due to fabric dust.
Mr. Huynh Kiem was commended and rewarded by the Provincial Labor Federation for his outstanding achievements in "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in 2024.
Mr. Kiem shared: “Previously, to clean and remove dust and excess thread, workers had to use tape to roll on the surface of the product, combined with shaking the product vigorously by hand. However, doing this took a lot of time, labor, ... and also caused dust and excess thread to fly to nearby areas, affecting other workers because they could not be collected in a fixed place. From there, I had the idea of designing a machine to remove dust and excess thread from finished clothes.”
Having an idea, Mr. Kiem started to implement the initiative. After a process of research and testing, his initiative was completed and put into practical use, helping to improve production efficiency, save labor and working time, and ensure greater safety for workers.
Mr. Kiem's specific and practical actions contribute to affirming that the spirit of studying and following Uncle Ho is not only a slogan but also a motivation and motto for workers in the new era. He is also a shining example, inspiring his colleagues to follow, contributing to building a united, creative and effective collective for the sustainable development of the enterprise./.
