During her work, she aims to complete products faster and ensure quality, so she researches and learns from colleagues, actual work, and comes up with ideas to apply. "I often observe the way people work, especially those who are highly productive, have beautiful products, and find out the reasons why productivity is not as expected. Through that, I learn how to do things and try to practice and improve my skills, while coming up with ideas to improve techniques , helping to improve work efficiency" - Ms. Xuan said.

During her work, Ms. Doan Thi Tuyet Xuan (Sheen Bridge Company Limited (Can Giuoc district)) researched and learned from colleagues and practical work to come up with ideas for technical improvements.

The most outstanding and most appreciated initiative by Ms. Xuan is to attach a needle to the knife to cut the material, because she realized that when doing this operation, workers had to punch a separate hole, causing a waste of time. Ms. Xuan's idea was supported by the company, tested and applied. After applying, it saved about 15 seconds/pair of shoes. Ms. Xuan shared: "At first, the workers were not familiar with it, but with the spirit of innovation and progress, the workers applied it effectively. I feel very happy because my small contribution is supported by everyone and helps increase the productivity as well as product quality for the company".

Among them, he is most satisfied with the initiative of mixing using blast furnace slag because it brings great economic benefits to the Company, estimated to save nearly 2 billion VND each year compared to traditional concrete mixing. "The idea of ​​implementing my initiative comes from scientific research on concrete using mineral additives. However, before that, the research only stopped at the laboratory and had not been applied to high-strength precast concrete products. This initiative had to go through 2 years of testing and many failures before it was successful" - Mr. Nghia said. After applying Mr. Nghia's initiative, the production process was not affected, helping the company reduce production costs, increase competitiveness and attract more orders. In particular, this initiative helps reduce environmental pollution by reducing the amount of cement used.

Among them, the initiative to design a safety needle guard for sewing machines helps workers easily observe needle lines and stitches when sewing, helping them work faster and more safely. “Only by constantly making efforts and making progress every day, even the smallest ones, can workers not be left behind in the era of national development.
