The Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion was established under the Department of Industry and Trade according to Decision No. 413/QD-UBND dated August 6, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, the Center was established after merging the Department of Industry and Trade of Ha Giang province (old) and the Department of Industry and Trade of Tuyen Quang province (old).

At the conference, representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade Office approved the decisions to establish the Center; announced the decisions of the Department Director on receiving and transferring leaders of specialized departments and officials and employees of the Center for Industrial Promotion and Industry and Trade Promotion.

The Center was established with 3 specialized and professional departments: General Administration Department; Trade Promotion Department; Industrial Promotion, Innovation and Green Transformation Department.

These appointment decisions are an important step in personnel consolidation, ensuring that the Center's organizational structure operates stably, effectively and meets practical requirements in the new situation.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Duc Tien, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, congratulated the comrades appointed to leadership positions of the Center and affirmed: The appointment is the result of a process of fair and objective assessment of the staff's capacity, and at the same time demonstrates the trust of superiors in the Center's leadership team for the new term.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade requested the newly appointed comrades to promote a sense of responsibility, build effective working regulations, and ensure smooth operations, especially in the context of the industry and trade sector playing an increasingly important role in restructuring the local economy .

In the coming period, with new leadership, the Center is expected to be more effective in consulting, training, supporting businesses in technological innovation, accessing export markets and exploiting industrial promotion potential in localities in the province.
