Comrade Pham Van Tuan, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, approved the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on merging the Provincial Agencies' Party Committee and the Provincial Enterprises' Party Committee into the Provincial Agencies' and Enterprises' Party Committee under the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee; transferring the Party organizations and Party members under the Provincial Agencies' Party Committee and the Provincial Enterprises' Party Committee to the Provincial Agencies' and Enterprises' Party Committee. At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee also approved the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on appointing cadres to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and cadres to hold the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Agencies' and Enterprises' Party Committee for the 2024-2025 term. Accordingly, comrade Dinh Vinh Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Agencies' and Enterprises' Party Committee for the 2024-2025 term.

The Provincial Party Secretary presented flowers and handed over the decision to merge the Provincial Agencies Party Committee and the Provincial Enterprises Party Committee into the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Party Committee. Leaders of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises presented decisions and flowers to the Heads of the Boards, Chairman of the Inspection Committee and Chief of Office of the Party Committee of the Bloc.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that the merger of the two Party Committees into the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises clearly demonstrated the determination to concretize the directives and resolutions of the Central and the province on innovation and reorganization of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently.

He requested the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises to quickly stabilize the organization of cadres and ideological work, first of all, to carry out ideological work well for cadres and party members in the agencies and all cadres, party members, civil servants and employees in the Party Committee of the Bloc to clearly understand the requirements and tasks of the province, determined to strive to excellently complete all assigned goals and tasks. Continue to grasp and closely work with the grassroots, promote the role, responsibility and strengths of each affiliated party organization to complete the common goals and tasks of the Bloc. Continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and close coordination between agencies, units, enterprises and with localities, contributing to the development of the province.
