This afternoon, January 6, at the Quang Tri Provincial Police Department, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work. Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai; Deputy Minister of Public Security, Major General Dang Hong Duc; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong attended the conference.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the leader of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision to transfer Colonel Nguyen Duc Hai, Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police.

At the same time, the decision of the Minister of Public Security was announced to transfer and appoint Colonel Vu Van Dau, Deputy Director of the Department of Investigation Police on Social Order Crimes, to take up the position of Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police.

Authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Major General Dang Hong Duc presented the decision to appoint the Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police and presented flowers to congratulate the two officers who were transferred and appointed this time.

Major General Dang Hong Duc affirmed that this is the trust and recognition of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for the efforts and dedication in the career of protecting security and order of Colonel Nguyen Duc Hai and Colonel Vu Van Dau and hopes that they will continue to promote their responsibilities as leaders in all aspects of work.

Colonel Vu Van Dau needs to urgently take over the assigned work, together with the Party Committee and leaders of Quang Tri Provincial Police, direct the successful completion of the set targets and tasks, first of all, effectively carry out the peak period of attacking and suppressing crime, ensuring security and order for the Lunar New Year - 2025 and directing the preparation of the Party Congresses at all levels in Quang Tri Provincial Police.

On behalf of the leaders of Quang Tri province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions, bearing many personal marks, of Colonel Nguyen Duc Hai during his tenure as Director of the Quang Tri Provincial Police, especially the bright spots in the work of force building and mass mobilization.

Regarding Colonel Vu Van Dau, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested that in his new position, he will continue to promote his capacity and experience in his work, closely follow the direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, build a collective of Quang Tri Public Security that is united, clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern, maintains political security, social order and safety in the area, serving the task of socio-economic development of the locality.

Speaking at the ceremony to receive the assignment, the new Director of the Provincial Police, Colonel Vu Van Dau expressed his determination in carrying out the new task and wished to receive the attention, support and facilitation of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, local Party committees and authorities, and the collective leadership of the Provincial Police to join the entire Quang Tri police force in successfully completing the assigned tasks.
