Focus on training outstanding Youth Union members to recruit new Party members.

The Central Organizing Committee strengthens guidance, urging, and inspection of the concretization and implementation of the Party's policies on organizational apparatus, cadres working on youth work, and young cadre work. Promote the discovery, training, fostering, and use of young talents, especially in the fields of economics , science and technology, management, administration, etc.
