Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Wang Huning welcomed Chairman of the National Assembly Wang Dinh Hue on his first official visit to China in his new position. The two sides expressed their delight at the positive developments in the relations between the two Parties and the two countries in recent times; in-depth discussions and consensus on measures to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

The two leaders agreed to deepen cooperation between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, enhance experience exchange to best promote and effectively promote the role of each organization in the political life of each country, especially the role of political participation, deliberations, and policy advice of intellectuals and scholars, and continue to organize the third Friendship Exchange between the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and between 07 border localities and the Political Consultative Conference of the two provinces/regions of Guangxi and Yunnan, China.

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue congratulated China on the successful organization of the recent Two Sessions. National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue emphasized that the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference play a very important role in the political and social life of each country, especially in promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, gathering and rallying social forces and domestic and foreign resources to develop the country.

The National Assembly Chairman suggested that the two sides continue to maintain regular high-level exchanges and contacts; promote trade cooperation to grow in a balanced and sustainable direction; strengthen cooperation and connectivity in the fields of roads and railways, encourage Chinese enterprises to invest in large-scale, high-quality projects that represent China's development level, especially in the fields of green development, digital economy, digital transformation, digital data, climate change, and environmental protection; support local exchange and cooperation mechanisms; effectively exploit the great potential for tourism cooperation; organize well friendly meetings and people-to-people exchanges such as the Youth Festival, the People's Forum, and exchanges between members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese National People's Political Consultative Conference such as trade unions and women.

Mr. Wang Huning introduced to National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue the working mechanism, activities and recent achievements of the Chinese National People's Political Consultative Conference; affirmed that Vietnam and China are important neighbors, sharing broad common interests, China always considers Vietnam a priority direction in its neighborly diplomacy policy, is ready to strengthen strategic exchanges with Vietnam, promote the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries to continuously develop sustainably and long-term.

Chairman of the CPPCC Wang Huning affirmed that the CPPCC always supports strengthening people-to-people exchanges, building and protecting traditional China-Vietnam friendship projects, further deepening the friendship between the people of the two countries; expanding economic, trade, investment cooperation, connecting transport infrastructure, building smart border gates, cooperation in new energy, key areas such as minerals, science and high technology, education and vocational training; improving the frequency and quality of cooperation between localities of the two countries; ready to work with the Vietnam Fatherland Front to strengthen exchanges, cooperation, experience sharing, and actively contribute to the development of the China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.

On this occasion, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue respectfully conveyed the invitation of Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien to Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Wang Huning to visit Vietnam soon. Mr. Wang Huning happily accepted the invitation.
