In document No. 1854/UBND-KGVX signed by Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung, it is assessed that in recent times, the work of speaking and providing information to the press has been focused on by agencies, units and localities, contributing to timely, transparent and effective information in all sectors and fields. However, some agencies, units and localities have not yet proactively contacted, had dialogues and organized press conferences to provide information to the press.

To implement the direction of the Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh on strictly implementing the speaking and providing information to the press, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the heads of departments, branches, and sectors and Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts and cities to continue to strictly implement the speaking and providing information to the press according to Decree No. 09/2017/ND-CP of the Government.

Proactively provide information to the press publicly, promptly, and in accordance with regulations. Pay attention to and promote the effectiveness of press conferences and other forms of information for the press to do a good job of policy communication.

Issues and events that have a great impact on society, are of public interest and have many inconsistent opinions; incidents that require initial information to orient public opinion; issues reported in the press that are not objective or require additional information to understand accurately and clearly...

In the directive document of the Provincial People's Committee, it is requested to provide and post information on the spokesperson (head of departments, branches, localities), and authorized spokespersons according to the case in accordance with regulations.
