The leader of the People's Committee of Hung Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, said that the commune police have only identified 8 students who beat Tran Van V (a 9C student at Hung Thuy Secondary School).

Mr. Tran Van Vuong (47 years old - father of V - the victim in the incident) expressed his hope that the education sector of Quang Binh in general and Le Thuy district in particular would consider special treatment or organize exams for V so that he can return to school. It is known that V is still being treated at Hue Central Hospital due to signs of psychological trauma after being beaten.

As reported by VTC News, on June 3, at the 9th grade farewell party, due to a conflict with some classmates, Tran Van V was beaten by a group of classmates, resulting in injuries that required hospitalization. Due to his panic and physical injuries, he missed the 10th grade entrance exam on June 7.

Hung Thuy Commune authorities worked with representatives of Hung Thuy Secondary School, parents, students, departments, branches and organizations; and assigned Hung Thuy Commune Police to prepare a case file to handle the case.
