According to initial information, at 5:00 p.m. on February 17, people saw a fire at the entertainment area located in the District 12 Cultural and Sports Center, Nguyen Thi Dang Street (Tan Thoi Hiep Ward, District 12).

According to local residents, the fire broke out in the ball pit area, which was closed due to the Tet holiday in this entertainment area.
