The headquarters of the People's Court of Dien Bien province has a total investment of 113 billion VND. The project is built on a land area of ​​nearly 8,500m², a level 2 house with 5 floors, including items such as: office building, trial house, public house, security house and other auxiliary items.

After nearly 15 months of construction, the headquarters of the People's Court of Dien Bien province has been basically completed and put into use, celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Du highly appreciated the achievements of the Dien Bien Provincial Court in recent times, contributing to the fight against corruption, negativity, and crime. In the coming time, the Dien Bien Provincial People's Court will continue to thoroughly grasp, lead, and direct the effective implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, especially in building a socialist rule-of-law state and building a professional and modern judiciary. He requested the leadership, civil servants, and employees of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Court to always uphold the spirit of responsibility, strengthen discipline in the management, use, and maintenance of the headquarters to maintain the best working space and environment, and promote the investment efficiency of the project.

On the same morning, comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh and the delegation offered incense to pay tribute to heroes and martyrs at the Martyrs' Temple at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield, A1 Martyrs' Cemetery; and planted memorial trees at the Martyrs' Temple at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield.
